The
brand name ‘BOCAR’ was established on the Gold Coast more
than twenty years ago. Over this period Bocar has made a name for itself
in the design and manufacturing of aluminium components and accessories
for the automotive industry. During this time span, Bocar managed to establish factory supply status with car and truck manufacturers in the domestic market and receiving recognition internationally. Over the last few years, Bocar has introduced a number of new design and manufacturing processes establishing benchmark products in the industry. Over the last eight years or so, Bocar’s innovative designs have changed the Australian bullbar industry, many of our benchmark designs have created new standards which many of our competitors copy. Our extensive bending know-how, attractive tubular designs, the introduction of the overrider, alternative designs through bolted connections, castings, pressed aluminum sheet metal and the use of other alternative materials have placed Bocar in this position. Through our continued commitment to superior design and manufacture, we offer accessory styling that compliments the vehicle’s lines, while providing effective vehicle protection and occupant safety. Our continued investments in expanding our manufacturing capacity through the commissioning of automated equipment including Robotic polishing, CNC Milling and Robotic welding ensures all processes are controlled and maintained internally. Our advanced design ability through High – End CAD Software, linked with industry leading strategic partners ensures the long term growth and success of Bocar as a market leader. |
